User-submitted information is collected strictly to:

Create and display public profiles and listings
Enable event creation, participation, and approval workflows
Facilitate job postings and job application communication

Data is used solely for Platform functionality. It is not sold, rented, or used for advertising purposes.

3. Public Display of Information

All information submitted through Teacher, Institute, Job, and Event forms is publicly visible by design once published.

Users are responsible for submitting only information they are comfortable sharing publicly.

4. Ratings, Reviews & Recommendations

Profiles on the Platform may receive:

Public written reviews
Star ratings
Recommendations

These elements are publicly visible and are intended to promote transparency and credibility.

5. Job Applications

Job listings are publicly visible
Job application details are visible only to the job poster (listing owner / space)
Applications are not publicly displayed
Application data is not shared with third parties

6. Event Approval Process

Events created by spaces that involve expert participation:

Remain private and unpublished until invited experts approve participation
Become publicly visible only after approval is completed

7. Data Retention

The Platform does not currently perform automatic deletion of profiles or submitted content.

User-submitted data is retained as part of the Platform's operational and public record unless:

Removal is required by applicable law
Content is manually removed at the discretion of administrators

Data retention policies may be revised in the future.

8. Data Modification & Removal Requests

Users may edit their submitted data where platform features allow
Automated deletion of profiles or content is not guaranteed
Manual deletion requests may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis
Approval of deletion requests is discretionary and not mandatory

No third-party services receive user data beyond what is essential for authentication or core platform functionality.

Users have 30 days to reactivate their account
After 30 days, the account and all associated data are permanently deleted

17. Friend Connections & Social Interactions

The Platform allows users to establish mutual connections (friends).

Friend connections:

Are visible only to the involved users
Enable access to additional interaction features, including private messaging
Can be revoked at any time through blocking or removing a connection

The Platform does not publicly display friend lists and does not use connection data for advertising or profiling.
