These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of this website and mobile application (the "Platform"). By creating an account, submitting content, browsing listings, or otherwise using the Platform, you agree to these Terms.

If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.

1. Platform Purpose

The Platform exists to:

Showcase Teachers (profiles)
List Institutes (institutions or service providers)
Publish Events run by spaces with expert participation
Publish Job listings posted by spaces
Enable public discovery, career building, hiring, and professional networking

The Platform functions as a listing and discovery service only and is not responsible for real-world interactions, agreements, or outcomes between users.

2. User Eligibility

You must:

Be 18 years or older
Provide accurate information during submission or registration
Use the Platform only for lawful purposes

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for:

Maintaining accurate profile or listing data
Protecting your login credentials
All actions performed through your account

The Platform is not liable for unauthorized use caused by compromised credentials.

4. User Content & Submissions

Ownership

You retain ownership of all content you submit, including profiles, job listings, space listings, events, images, text, and comments.

License to Platform

By submitting content, you grant the Platform:

A non-exclusive, worldwide license
To host, display, modify (for formatting only), publish, and promote your content

This license exists solely to operate the Platform.

5. Public Visibility

All submissions are public by design, including:

Teacher profiles
Institute profiles
Event listings
Job listings
Ratings, reviews, comments, and recommendations

Users must submit only information they are comfortable making public.

6. Events Workflow

Events created by spaces that involve experts remain unpublished until all invited experts accept participation.

Once approved, events become fully public.

7. Job Applications

Job listings are publicly viewable by all users.
Applications submitted are visible ONLY to the listing owner (space/institution).
Applicant data is not publicly displayed and is not shared with third parties.

The Platform does not participate in hiring, screening, or employment agreements.

8. Ratings, Reviews & Comments

Users may submit ratings and public feedback.

By posting feedback:

You agree your submissions are factual, respectful, and lawful.
You agree not to include defamatory, misleading, or abusive content.

The Platform reserves the right to moderate or remove content at its discretion.

9. Prohibited Conduct

Users may not:

Submit false or misleading information
Harass, threaten, or defame others
Abuse ratings or reviews
Upload illegal content
Scrape, copy, or export platform data without permission
Attempt security breaches or exploit vulnerabilities

Violations may result in:

Content removal
Account suspension or termination
Permanent bans

No warnings are required prior to enforcement actions.

10. Profile Modification & Removal

Users may update their submitted data where allowed.
Automatic deletion of profiles or content is not guaranteed.
Removal requests can be submitted to administrators for review.
Approval is discretionary and not automatic.

The Platform reserves the right to maintain listings for service continuity and platform integrity.

11. Data Retention

User data remains on the Platform:

As long as listings remain active
For operational and legal reasons

Deletion policies may evolve and will be reflected in future updates to the Privacy Policy.

12. Platform Availability

The Platform is provided "as-is" and "as-available."

We do not guarantee:

Continuous uptime
Bug-free operation
Availability of specific features

Maintenance, updates, or outages may occur at any time without notice.

13. Liability Disclaimer

The Platform:

Does not verify user claims
Does not validate professional credentials
Does not guarantee outcomes

Users interact entirely at their own risk.

We are not liable for:

Employment outcomes
Business disputes
Event cancellations
Financial transactions
Physical injury
Professional misrepresentation

All real-world interactions are solely the users' responsibility.

14. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Platform, its owners, and administrators from any claims arising out of:

Content you submit
Actions taken using your account
Breach of these Terms

15. Intellectual Property

All original branding, platform structure, layouts, and copyrighted materials are owned by the Platform.

Users may not:

Copy the site or application design
Use platform branding without written consent
Republish platform content for commercial use

16. Third-Party Links

The Platform may contain external links. We are not responsible for:

Linked site content
Privacy practices
Business transactions

You interact with external services at your own discretion.

17. Platform Modifications

The Platform may:

Change features
Add paid functionality in the future
Modify access or submission rules

Use of the Platform after changes means acceptance.

These Terms may be updated at any time.

Users are responsible for reviewing updates posted on this page.

19. Governing Law

This Platform operates under the laws of:

All disputes shall be resolved within the jurisdiction of Indian courts.

21. Friend System & User Connections

The Platform allows users to send, accept, reject, or block connection (friend) requests.

By using the friend system, you acknowledge and agree that:

Connections are entirely user-initiated and voluntary
The Platform does not verify, endorse, or guarantee the identity, intent, or conduct of any connected user
Accepting a friend request enables additional interaction features, including private messaging
Blocking a user prevents further connection requests and messaging but does not retroactively remove prior interactions

The Platform is not responsible for disputes, misconduct, harassment, or offline consequences arising from user connections.
